Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, for domestic customers it's $100 AUD and over and for international it's $200 AUD and over.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Typically, delivery times range from 5-10 business days for orders within Australia and 10-20 business days for international orders. However, it's important to note that unforeseen circumstances such as a pandemic or natural disaster may lead to occasional delays, extending the delivery period to 30-40 days. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such exceptional situations.
Do you ship international?
Yes we do, we only offer Standard Air Mail which includes tracking. Please see list here:

What is your refund and exchange policy?
Exchanges must be actioned within 14 days of purchase. The return postage is the customer's responsibility, so please choose wisely!
Unfortunately, we do not do refunds unless the clothing item needs to be exchanged to another size and said size has been sold out.
My item came damaged in the mail or it's the wrong order, what do I do?
If there is an error on our part, please reach out to us, and we'll gladly send you the correct item at no additional cost. However, in the case of an error on your end, we regret to inform you that we won't be able to issue a refund.
